So what is waste tire pyrolysis process? Namely, it is a technology that converts waste tire to oil and other renewable energy and valuable products. The principle is to crack waste tires into fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire and high calorific value non-condensable cocoa gas (main components: hydrogen and small molecule alkanes) at a certain temperature, realizing the recycling of polymer solid waste.

Pyrolysis oil is a light oil with high aromatic content and low viscosity. Its deep processing value is great. Generally speaking, after deep processing, pyrolysis oil can be used as gasoline or diesel, becoming a typical circular economy product.

The steel wire produced during the pyrolysis process of waste tires is GPA grade high-strength alloy steel. Through recycling, these steel wires can be used to make special steel grit, which plays an important role.

The main component of the non-condensable gas produced during the pyrolysis process is hydrogen. The gas is a high-quality, clean fuel that can power the pyrolysis process, making the production line self-sufficient. Through conventional desulfurization and denitrification treatment, cracked gas can meet ultra-low emission index requirements and has environmental protection advantages.

The pyrolysis process also produces carbon black, which is mainly used as a reinforcing agent and filler for rubber.
