2.Further applications of pyrolysis oil after distillation

Since pyrolysis oil is a wide distillation range oil, it can be cut into light distillate, middle distillate and heavy distillate after distillation. Customers can determine different processing schemes according to the characteristics of each fraction, thereby increasing the value of waste tire pyrolysis oil.

1) Light distillates (initial boiling point ~ 204 ℃)

The light fraction is hydrogenated and refined to remove sulfur and oxygen from the fraction, which in turn extracts aromatics and limonene. This is further refined to obtain a chemical product BTX with limonene. Limonene is often used to clean circuit boards. If used effectively, it can effectively increase the added value of waste tire pyrolysis oil.

2) Middle distillate (204~350 ℃)

After the middle distillate is hydrotreated, it can be used as a blending component for low condensate diesel.

3) Heavy distillate (>350 ℃)

Heavy distillates can be used as fuel for diesel generators, engines, heavy machinery, boiler heating, etc. It can also get asphalt. Asphalt can be used to pave roads, or it can be sent to asphalt plants for refining.
