Global plastic waste generation exceeds billions of tons annually, with low-value waste plastics accounting for as high as 50%-70%. A third of packaging plastics are discarded after a single use. Traditional mechanical recycling struggles to handle contaminated plastics with complex compositions, resulting in most plastics being either landfilled or incinerated. White pollution has become a critical global ecological and environmental issue. With over 30 years of focus on pyrolysis technology R&D, Niutech has independently developed the “New Generation · Large-Scale Intelligent Continuous Waste Plastic Pyrolysis Production Line.” This innovative solution effectively addresses the “difficulty in disposing of low-value waste plastics” by adopting a “plastic pollution control + high-value application plan,” transforming “white pollution” into “white petroleum” and achieving a win-win situation for environmental protection and economic benefits. Currently, Niutech’s advanced large-scale intelligent continuous waste plastic pyrolysis technology and complete equipment have achieved successful commercial applications in multiple European and American developed countries, with the longest operation time exceeding 10 years. In August 2025, after inspecting and evaluating a waste plastic project invested by international chemical giant BASF that adopts Niutech’s production line, as well as numerous other projects in Europe and China, a British customer compared domestic and foreign peer enterprises and comprehensively assessed the advanced nature, maturity, and stability of the technical equipment. Ultimately, the customer chose to sign a 198 million yuan contract with Niutech for a high-end waste plastic production line, once again confirming the advanced nature of Niutech’s core technologies and equipment in the international field of chemical recycling of waste plastics.
This production line is designed for the resource utilization of low-value waste plastics, marine plastic waste, medical waste plastics, and waste textiles (including PP/PE/PS/ABS/nylon, etc., either single or mixed plastics). By thoroughly decomposing high molecular polymers in waste plastics into small molecules or monomers, it produces pyrolysis oil, solid fuel, and non-condensable combustible gas with stable product quality. Subsequent deep processing can convert these products into chemical raw materials for manufacturing new plastics, realizing the resourceful, harmless, and volume-reducing disposal of waste plastics under the premise of safe, environmentally friendly, and continuous stable operation.
