Every year, the world generates over 400 million tons of plastic waste, with white pollution emerging as a critical ecological challenge that countries worldwide must address. The pressing question of how to promote plastic resource recycling and achieve circular resource utilization has become a hot topic in environmental protection. Niutech is providing the world with a green solution through its advanced continuous pyrolysis technology.

Focusing on pyrolysis technology for over 30 years, Niutech has independently developed a cutting-edge industrial continuous waste plastic pyrolysis production line. This advanced production line can process various low-value waste plastics, including marine and medical plastic waste, converting them into high-quality energy products. The company has developed eight core technological processes that enable high-performance waste plastic transformation, achieving continuous production without coking and improving efficiency by 30% while significantly reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.

Niutech’s core technological breakthrough lies in efficiently converting waste plastics into fuel in a high-temperature, oxygen-free environment. The company has effectively overcome critical challenges in continuous pyrolysis, such as coking, difficult material feeding and sealing, and product polymerization. Through precise control of pyrolysis temperature and reaction time, the production line’s intelligent control system can manage nearly ten thousand process parameters, ensuring high-quality pyrolysis products.

Niutech’s plastic recycling technology has been verified in dozens of global projects. In August 2025, Niutech signed a contract with a British client for a high-end continuous waste plastic production line with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons, valued at 198 million yuan. Currently, Niutech’s technology has been industrialized in countries like South Korea, Denmark, and Thailand, with products successfully integrated into the local energy and chemical supply chains.

In the Danish project, Niutech demonstrated the outstanding value of advanced chemical recycling technology. Local enterprises can now recycle previously challenging waste materials like shopping bags, express packaging, takeout food containers, and ground films through pyrolysis. Beyond optimizing pyrolysis processes, the company has also implemented efficient treatment of waste water, gas, and residues, ensuring compliance with EU EEA and US EPA environmental standards.

Niutech’s continuous pyrolysis technology has been adopted by global leaders such as BASF and Quantafuel. In projects in Germany and Denmark, these companies have achieved large-scale processing of thousands of tons with continuous operations, and through deep processing, they convert pyrolysis products into chemical raw materials directly used in new plastic production, establishing a complete chemical recycling system.

According to professional institutional calculations, processing 100,000 tons of waste plastics can reduce approximately 290,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. This not only helps enterprises achieve their ESG goals but also contributes to global climate change mitigation. Niutech’s innovative breakthrough in plastic-to-fuel technology has earned it the highest Chinese scientific award, the National Scientific and Technological Progress Award.

In the face of global waste plastic treatment opportunities and challenges, Niutech’s technological innovation and continuous development have created a remarkable demonstration case for sustainable environmental solutions.
