The rapid development of the automotive industry has facilitated people’s mobility but also generated a massive volume of waste tires. According to research institutions, approximately 1.5 billion tons of waste tires are produced globally each year. Currently, major countries worldwide are advocating for circular economy and sustainable development. Waste tires, composed of rubber, carbon black, and steel wire, represent an excellent circular economy material. Achieving deep resource utilization of waste tires is a key direction for future environmental industries.

Niutech, a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise from China, has independently developed an “Industrial Continuous Intelligent Waste Tire Pyrolysis Production Line” capable of transforming waste tires into high-value circular economy products. The technology can handle continuous disposal demands ranging from ten thousand to hundreds of thousands of tons, providing an outstanding solution for global waste tire management.

Niutech’s pyrolysis production line can process various waste tires and rubber products, achieving truly efficient conversion. Unlike traditional intermittent technical equipment, Niutech’s system enables fully intelligent automated disposal. Through eight proprietary core technologies including thermal dispersion and anti-coking, the entire pyrolysis process is completed within enclosed pipelines and main machinery. The process ultimately converts waste tires into high-quality pyrolysis oil, regenerated carbon black, and steel wire – all high-value-added products. Pyrolysis oil can be used as fuel or chemical raw materials, regenerated carbon black can be applied in rubber product manufacturing, and steel wire can be directly recycled, fundamentally addressing the industry’s challenges of difficult processing and low utilization value.

Niutech’s large-scale continuous pyrolysis equipment benefits from exceptional full intelligent automation design. The system eliminates complex sorting and cutting processes, allowing tires to enter the production line directly. This approach significantly reduces labor costs and improves processing efficiency by over 40% compared to traditional methods. The production line’s intelligent control system enables full-process automated management, with real-time control of temperature, pressure, and other parameters at each stage. It can perform automatic correction and warning operations, requiring only 3-5 inspection personnel per production line to complete large-scale, safe, and environmentally friendly pyrolysis production.

The production line is equipped with an advanced purification system. A specialized tail gas treatment system performs deep purification of volatile organic compounds, achieving “zero leakage, zero odor, and zero secondary pollution” while meeting American EEA and European EPA standards. Taking a 100,000-ton waste tire processing line as an example, it can annually produce 43,000 tons of pyrolysis oil, 34,000 tons of carbon black, and 12,000 tons of steel wire, realizing 100% resource utilization of waste tires.

As a leading international waste tire pyrolysis equipment enterprise, Niutech consistently maintains technological innovation as its core direction, continuously striving to resolve waste tire resource utilization challenges. Moving forward, the company will continue to enhance the intelligence and green capabilities of large-scale pyrolysis production lines, contributing to global circular economy and sustainable development.
